    Mutual Interview

When a client and I first sit down together we need to decided whether or not we are a good fit. My clients have high standards and so do I. If either of us doesn't feel like it is going to be a great working relationship then we shake hands and go our separate ways. If either party isn't happy working together the results suffer, and I want the best outcome for everyone. For more information read my philosophy.

    Creative Brief

A creative brief is developed where we both clarify the goals and expectations of the project. This document includes background information on your organization and information on any existing brand considerations. There is a lot of time and research put into this document so that a clear direction is established before any concepts are developed.

    Design Research

Elixir relies heavily on design research to deliver the most effective and efficient solutions for our clients. I perform various forms of research depending on what is needed for the project. I use ethnography, marketing research, user testing, and visual exploration to give us a great understanding of what your business needs are today and where they are headed in the future.

    Concept Development

I put pencil to paper and work out a cohesive branding concept for your project. We are telling a story about your organization and each piece has its own part to play in telling that story.

    Presentation

When the concept is finished I meet with my clients to present the concept and the individual pieces integral to the project. We discuss any concerns and make any revisions that are needed. It is important that we both feel the concept is on strategy and will be effective in reaching your customers.

    Production

When we are both satisfied with the concept we begin the process of producing each piece. I make sure everything is perfect down to the paper choices or web technologies needed to make each piece a success. The details are important and polishes off a great story.
